Returns and Exchanges
All products are made to order, and as such we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer preference.
We will, however, happily replace any items that are defective, damaged in transit, or not as described.
To initiate a return for a defective item, please email info@stateofanakhi.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- "Return Request" in the subject line
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the issue

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn and in the same new condition as received.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service for any returns, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
